Thank you for opportunity to work with you on your event whether it is the most important day of your life or a party on the beach.  Fion specializes in weddings, corporate events, themed parties, and gatherings of all sizes.  We pride ourselves on the ability to always bring new and cutting-edge service to our industry and happily accept the challenge to make your event better than ever before.  We have the capability of handling any and all facets of your event from products to rentals and/or service. 

Fion does not believe in a per person price for beverage due to hidden costs.  Instead, we base our pricing on a consumption basis.  We estimate jobs based on averages from previous caterings and provide a buffer in case of overages.  This eliminates the possibility of out of stock issues and assures the customer that they are getting what they pay for.  As long as we provide staff for your event, we will allow a credit for un-chilled and unused product.  Fion will wholesale beverage without providing servers, however, the customer will not be able to return unused product.  We highly recommend coming to our wine bar for a consultation. 

We have over 5oo beers in house to choose from and over 60 wines open at all times.  WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR THIS!  Since every job we do is custom, this allows us to taste customers on products for the event and discuss all details necessary in making your event as smooth and flawless as possible.  (This consultation is not required)  Estimates can be formed by phone if necessary.  Once an estimate is given, you will be required to sign a copy of the invoice, read and sign our disclosure, and provide us with credit card information for deposit. 

Dependent upon the scale of the event, an additional contract may be necessary.  Once we receive the required information, you will be guaranteed service for your event.  Any necessary changes can be made up until one week before the event.  The only per head cost we charge is for cleanup which is $2 per head.  Fion will clean the entire facility for this price if the client desires.  We look forward to doing business with you!
