2.5 # Ground Beef 1.5 # Ground Pork ½ Cup Finely Grated Parmesan 2 T Minced Garlic 3 T Fresh Italian Seasonings (oregano, basil, etc), chopped 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs 4 Large Eggs, beaten 1 T Ground Black Pepper 2 T Kosher Salt 1 T Garlic Powder 1 T Onion Powder Mix all well until thoroughly combined and roll into whatever size you prefer.
